A Weekend - Out Door Fun and Eco-Adventure for Moms-n-Kids

Date: May 29 and 30, 2010
Place: Nagaon (8 to 10 km from Alibaug).

Avg Kids Age: 4years to 11 years.

Tentative Schedule and Activities:

Two Day Beach Camp at Nagaon

Day 1

Reporting at Gateway of India Jetty at 8:10 am; Ferry leaves the harbour at 8:30am sharp would not wait for anyone reaching late... not in our control.

Ferry Ride on Upper Deck of Maldar Ferry; Mumbai Harbour to Mandwa.. Travel in style..
Itroduction and Induction on Ferry
Dug Duggi Rides thru narrow konkan country roads closely enveloped by Palms on Both side
Check into Eco-Friendly farm (just one minute from the beach)..
Team forming and team activities
   Setting up camp site; Team Introduction.
Fun with Archery and Darts
Art with waste material.. (Re-Cycle)..
Dip in Water and Splash
Hearty Lunch followed by Lunch..
Break for rest
Dug Duggi Travel to Revdanda..
Childhood Dream Explore Light House by the Bay
Explore a Sea Fort (Time in travel) and Baby Hill Climb
Experience climbing Mavla style.. climb like the Great Marathas
Experience the culture of a fisherfolks tribal village
The ride back
Camp Fire and activities during camp fire..
Hit the sack back at base camp..

Rise and Shine early morning..

   The Master Dogger; Tag and Run; and Ring IT..

Building a Giant Sand Castle
Dip in water..

Ride back on an Upper Deck in Style from Mandhwa to Gateway of India
End of Camp..

What to Carry?

Carry all items in backpack.. do not make your luggage heavy
Change Clothes; Cap or Hat; Sun Glasses; Sun Screen; Hand Towel
One pair of slippers and One pair of Sports shoe
Don't forget 2 sets of swimming costumes or something u can use for dip in water
Personal Medical Kit
Soap; towel; Hand Sanitizer
Glass and One Plate
Carry Water. (Note Bottled water is not part of the package; in case you require the same kindly purchase directly from the hotel/shop).. Don't forget to carry water bottle for journey during journey.
You may carry your own personal snack

The package includes:

Travel from Gateway of India to Mandhwa to Nagaon (Return Journey)..
Nagaon to Korlai Village (Return)
Breakfast (2); Lunch (2); Evening Tea/Coffee (2); Dinner (1) Std. Veg Food.
(Any non-standard item ordered; cost of the same has to be borne by the individual; kindly settle the same directly with the Farmhouse management.
